By accessing this website or submitting a donation through I Support Life (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a donation.
When you complete a donation form, you are making a charitable contribution to the cancer awareness cause you select. In exchange for that contribution, we will produce and ship to you one laser-engraved item as described in your submission. The engraved product is provided solely as a thank-you for your donation. The primary purpose of the transaction is to support cancer awareness, research, and related efforts. You acknowledge that the value of the engraved item may be less than the amount of your donation.
You may select one of the following contribution levels: Contributor, Silver Level, Gold Level, VIP Donor, or a Custom amount of your choosing. All amounts are treated as donations. We reserve the right to set or adjust suggested amounts associated with each level. Once production of your engraved item has begun, donations are non-refundable except in the event of a manufacturing defect on our part.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any text, initials, name, or graphic you provide for engraving. We reserve the right to refuse any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion. Uploaded files must not exceed 10 MB in size and must be in a common image or vector format. We are not responsible for errors in engraving that result from unclear, low-resolution, or incomplete files supplied by you.
Production times vary depending on volume and customization. We will ship the finished item to the mailing address you provide. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Participation on the public Donors page is entirely optional. If you choose to upload a photograph and confirm your listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your name (or the display name you provide), contribution level, photograph, and any optional message on the website. You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us; we will remove it within a reasonable period.
We collect only the information necessary to process your donation, produce and ship your engraved item, and, if you elect, list you on the Donors page. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Order and contact data may be retained for record-keeping and legal compliance.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the overall design, is owned by I Support Life or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Support Life’s total liability arising out of or related to your donation or use of the site shall not exceed the amount of your donation. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which I Support Life operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
